The author proposes a new approach to blockchain design that emphasizes scalability, privacy, and verification efficiency, allowing users to confirm their account states without overwhelming bandwidth requirements. By utilizing succinct proofs and reducing data needed for verification, a more user-friendly and decentralized blockchain system is envisioned.
